About us
We began our horse journey in 1999 just outside of Turtleford, where we found a little blue house on a hill and a yard site that needed to be developed. It has been a work in progress but one full of passion and promise.
We have stood a number of stallions over the years and have kept daughters from them to continue our breeding program establishing what we feel are some of the best crosses with our current stallions, Red Dirt Roadie, Patron at Six, ZS Fit Ta Fire and Drippin Bullets. In the past few year we have also added A Classic Current to the lineup and things are looking promising with his foals as well. It has taken a lot of careful consideration as to what the best crosses will be and now that we are into it, there is no looking back. We are able to ride some of our offspring for both ourselves and our clients and are watching the foals we have raised excel in many different arenas and areas. It's so exciting to see so many of them find their niche and the people to take them where we have hoped they would go.
As the years have gone on, we have so many horses that have touched our hearts and brought so many memories that are unforgettable. We hope that you can find an Allen Quarter Horse that fits what you are looking for as well.
We are also visible on Facebook on our Allen Quarter Horses page should you want to stop by there and take a look through some of the albums. Please feel free to contact us if there is a horse you are interested in or better yet, stop by for a visit!!
2023 Breeding Season
The 2022 has come and gone and before too long we will be getting ready for 2023.
A CLASSIC CURRENT, DRIPPIN BULLETS, PATRON AT SIX AND RED DIRT ROADIE will be a part of the Canadian Barrel Horse Stallion Auction taking place February 1-28, 2023. It will be an exciting month! If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
For 2023 we will be standing all five stallions; A Classic Current, Drippin Bullets, Patron At Six, Red Dirt Roadie and ZS Fit Ta Fire. Please note that ZS Fit Ta Fire is not in the Superstakes Stallion Auction for 2023 but his foals are still eligible for CBHI incentive money. Prices for mare care will be up slightly from 2022 to $14/day for a wet mare and $10/day for a dry mare.
Breeding season will be from April 15 - July 1, 2023. Mares must be on site prior to June 15, 2023 as breeding season is over July 1, 2023. Breeding contracts and booking fees must be signed and back to us prior to mares arriving. Booking fees are non-refundable. We will be limiting the number of outside mares for 2023 so if you are considering one of the stallions please contact prior to the start of breeding season. We will not accept any other bookings after MAY 1, 2023.
We look forward to having your mares and if you want to chat about the stallions please feel free to shoot us an email or give us a call.
